How to Submit a Return Request from Your Account
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Click Orders at the top of the page.
- Select the order you want to return.
- On the order page, click the Request return button in the top-right corner.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your request.

Important Notes
- Submit your request only once to avoid delays.
- You will receive a confirmation email after submission. Please allow up to 5 business days for review and next steps.
- We do not accept returns for damaged boxes or boxes with writing on them.
- All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs (covers shipping to you, import fees, taxes, duties, and the manufacturer’s restocking fee).
